Dear Mr. Goldberg,
I was just curious about a detail in your response last month regarding a technician subject to a non-compete agreement that would be employed by a competitor. Isn't the non-compete only an issue for the employee if he or she accepts the position? In other words, the dealer considering hiring him would not be at risk for anything would they?
