LOCHTE - Reality TV Star

 

Set to Air in April, Swimming Star Ryan Lochte will star in his own Reality TV show on the "E" network. E! Entertainment president Suzanne Kolb said, "He is an incredibly endearing personality who is sexy, entertaining and fun. Watching this show, I believe people will fall into three categories: they want to be him, sleep with him or mother him."

ISHOF announces recipients of inaugural "Esther" Awards, named after famed film star Esther Williams
esther williams painting Fort Lauderdale - The International Swimming Hall of Fame (ISHOF) today announced the recipients of the inaugural "Esther" Award, which will recognize outstanding achievements in the film and entertainment industries that promote a positive image of swimming as a key to fun, fitness, good health, a better quality of life and an essential water safety and lifesaving skill. "We are extremely proud that Ms. Esther Williams has lent her famous name to this award," said Bruce Wigo, President of ISHOF. "As one of America's iconic film stars, she did more through her films to promote swimming than anyone else in history." See full release:

Stars in Danger
Congratulations to four-time Olympian and 2012 bronze medal Troy winning diver Troy Dumais for his outstanding performance on Stars in Danger: High Diving, which premiered on Fox, January 9th.  Believe it or not, that's just the beginning for prime time diving. 
On March 19th, ABC's series Celebrity Diving will "take to the air." Staring Olympic legend Greg Louganis and gold medalist David Boudia, Celebrity Diving promises us belly laughs in exchange for belly flops.  But don't just tune in for the celebs, other members of USA Diving will be entertaining us, including the show diving team, which will thrill and inspire, as some of the US's best divers demonstrate what the sport is really all about.
