With the water gone, IHC Construction is pleased to be back to performing construction activities. The concrete work at the north end of the project will continue, as will the remainder of the river bottom excavation. Once both of these aspects are completed, the cofferdam will be able to be removed and the river work will be done and the project will begin to focus on the street improvements.

The April bid opening has provided the project with several new team members. Maneval Construction Co. will be providing the underground utility work, the street excavation work, and the asphalt paving work. Landmark Contractors will be providing the site concrete paving work. CR Schmidt will be providing the brick paver work. IHC Construction is excited to have these new team members and hope to have their work begin as soon as possible.   Street closures will remain as currently set for now.
