World Book Night is April 23rd
This April 23rd, many of us will be sharing copies of a favorite book with people who perhaps do not have regular access to reading. We'll be fanning out to distribute books in bus stations, parks, rehab centers and anywhere else we may find readers.
If you did not sign up to be a book giver, you can still participate on April 23rd by giving a book that you love to a stranger.

Eve Ensler, author of The Vagina Monologues and I Am an Emotional Creature, will discuss her new book, In the Body of the World. Unflinching, generous, sometimes humorous and always inspiring, Ensler connects her own illness to the devastation of the Earth, and connects her life force to the resilience of humanity as she is finally, fully and gratefully joined to the body of the world.
