Dad's, granddads and other male volunteers are welcome to be Girl Scout volunteers!  They can be great Troop Leaders (01 or 02), Troop Cookie Managers among many other ways they can volunteer.  The requirement for female leadership for a troop/group of girls is that one of the leaders or safety-wise adults must be an adult female.  So make sure to welcome the guys!  All volunteers must become Girl Scout adult members, complete the application & screening process and complete Girl Scouting 101 - orientation training.
