It's all here and with something for everyone.  

 

 

The 2015 Streets Alive! festival boasts over 100 diverse exhibitors who provide a wide variety of fun and useful health, wellness, fitness, and other information in an interactive and engaging way.

 

Family, child, pet and wheelchair friendly, the streets are blocked off from traffic. Nursing moms will find private nursing stations at the MilkWorks booth.

 

Enter or Exit anywhere along the route. 
 

In Good Taste

And when we say this festival is in good taste, we mean that literally. 

 

Find fresh, wholesome,  produce from local farm - Grow With the Flow recently featured in the Lincoln Journal Star.  Enjoy taste treats from Nitro Burger, Pepe's Vegetarian Bistro, Heoya, Eat.Source.Fit, and Gelato to Go.

The stage at Peter Pan Park hosts The
String Beans, great family fun, followed by singer/musician Jeremy Pape. 


Our line up also boasts not one, but TWO ukulele groups!

 
Idylwild Park hosts pop and R & B favorite, TunaFish Jones all day from 1 - 5 PM
 
The stage at Clinton Elementary hosts the ShaLaLas, the Usual Suspects, and the Academy of Rock.

 
From traditional folk dancing to country and swing to ballet to Asian lion dancing, you'll find opportunities to join in all along the festival route.

From tai chi to Zumba, yoga to hip hop, fitness training to aerobics, you'll find opportunities to watch, learn, and/or join in all along the route.

What we do:
Partnership for a Healthy Lincoln collaborates with local organizations on joint projects to increase fitness, decrease obesity and improve the health of Lincoln residents.  Our work includes improving health policies, conducting community level research, and evaluation of the success of local health initiatives.
