50% of the homes sold in San Antonio this year have been in the $0-$200K price category. A whopping 45% of homes sold in the $200k-$500k make up the other half leaving just 5% of homes sold at $500K and up. In the month of August the average days on market for available homes was 50 days, 10 days less than last year. In August 2,551 homes were sold, a 5% growth from last August. 

Fall offers very low inventory, making it even more crucial for home buyers to make strong offers on their top home choices. Sellers would be smart to sell at this time due to these stronger offers bringing great investment results during a low inventory period.
