Opening School Liturgy
Congratulations to the top ten sophomore, junior and senior students and the freshmen top testers who were named 2014 Res Scholars at the August 27, 2014 Opening School Liturgy.
The theme for the 2014-15 school year is "Called to Caritas" and was introduced at the Opening School Liturgy. We are reminded that we are all called to live out the love of God as we act with charity and truth in our daily lives.

Upcoming Parent Meetings
Parents Club Meeting - Tues, Sept 9 at 7 pm
Sr. Donna will welcome parents to the new school year. The guest speaker for the evening will be Rita Emmett, author of the book Procrastinator's Handbook: Manage Your Time to Reduce Your Stress. She will address the issue of time management for parents, teens and children. Check out this clip of Rita Emmett on the Katie Couric Show. All are welcome to attend!
Athletic Boosters Meeting - Thurs, Sept 11 at 6 pm
All parents and athletic supporters are welcome to attend.
Men's Club Meeting - Tues, Sept 16 at 7 pm
All men - fathers, step-fathers, grand-fathers, uncles and others - are welcome to attend.

College Night at Resurrection
Resurrection's annual College Night will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 from 7-:00 - 8:30 pm. Juniors and seniors are strongly encouraged to attend with their parents.

Auditions
for the Resurrection College Prep High School Fall Play
Auditions will be held Monday, September 15
and Tuesday, September 16
from 3:15 to 5:30 pm.
Call backs will be Wednesday, September 17 (if needed).
All students who are auditioning should bring their schedules and
are are welcome to prepare a monologue (not required).
Rehearsals will begin on the Friday, September 19.

orders are due by Monday, September 15, 2014.
Market Day pick-up at Resurrection will be
Thursday, September 18 from 4-5:30 pm.
Market Day order forms for September can be found in the fundraising packet that will be brought home by your daughter. Order forms will be available monthly in the Main Office and online.

 Grandparent's Day Dinner
Wednesday, September 17
6:00 pm at Resurrection
Resurrection students are invited to celebrate Grandparent's Day with their grandparents or other special people in their lives.
Dinner, entertainment, photographs and a memorable time for grandparents to spend time with their granddaughter.
Tickets are $16 per adult and $14 per student.
