Paul McCartney's Coke Can

Any of you who have seen me perform in concert during the past 15 years know that ever since I was in junior high school, the "love of my life" has been Paul McCartney. (Sigh . . . )  One of my prize possessions is a Coke can that Paul drank out of at the Gold Star Recording Studio in Hollywood. My brother, who was working as a recording engineer at Gold Star, rescued the can from the trash and had it mounted for me as a Christmas gift.  (Be still my heart . . . )  This Coke can came with me when I recently moved to Hawaii, as it is one of my prize possessions.

I have fond memories of watching the Beatles' first performance on The Ed Sullivan Show.  Could that really have been 50 years ago this month?!? How time flies when you're playing music! In honor of this anniversary, this month's sale features music from the 1960s.

Enjoy the music,
Sylvia
