Dear ICH Supporter,
Here at ICH we've jumped right into 2014! We're challenging ourselves to explore new and improved ways to communicate results through data visualization techniques and supporting our local communities through our inaugural ICH Volunteer Day. Check out our stories below for more information and opportunities to contribute to our sustainable community health movement!

Helping Hospitals Assess Community Needs
While we tailor our approach to each health system, our methods typically include stakeholder interviews, community surveys, and secondary data review. We synthesize these data and identify areas of concern and strengths to capitalize upon. Hospitals systems use this information to prioritize resources to invest in community programming and clinical services, leading to improved patient and community health.

Volunteer Day at Cradles to Crayons!

In January, ICH staff volunteered at Cradles to Crayons (C2C), a non-profit that collects and distributes essential items for low-income children across the state of MA. ICH staff inspected donated items to ensure they met the C2C quality standard: "quality equals dignity." We were so honored to assist the C2C staff with this vital work and thankful for this team-building exercise! Read ICH staff's take on volunteer day. |
What Our Partners Say About Us
|
"We've worked with ICH for many, many years. They provide incredible knowledge and expertise beyond what we have available at our organization. They have worked with us to tailor our evaluation efforts, so that the results are useful and can guide decisions about programmatic changes. We also have used the results of our evaluation efforts to illustrate program outcomes and successes."
- Jen Baily, Agenda for Children Program Coordinator
