LANCER is pleased to announce the new JOHN THOMAS ROURKE FIGHTING BOWIETM. This hand-made custom knife was inspired by the authors of THE SURVIVALIST Series, written by Jerry Ahern, Sharon Ahern, and Bob Anderson, and created by Martin Knives of Caddo Mills, TX.
John Thomas Rourke is the hero of the popular, THE SURVIVALIST Series, started by Jerry and Sharon Ahern in the 1980s. The JOHN THOMAS ROURKE FIGHTING BOWIETM is introduced and featured in THE SURVIVALIST #31, EARTH SHINE, and is the first knife of the JOHN THOMAS ROURKE COMBAT SETTM to debut with the series' new continuing adventures.
"Creating a new set of knives for John Thomas Rourke proved to be a challenge," said Bob Anderson, President of LANCER. "Both had to be small enough to carry concealed if necessary but, in Jerry's words, 'Big enough and strong enough to hang my life on if need be.'"
