How to Become a Mental Health Services Act Contractor

Attached is a flyer describing how to become a Department of Mental Health contract agency under the Mental Health Services Act Prevention and Early Intervention Plan.  It will be held on Thursday, October 18 from 3 - 5 pm.  Reservation deadline is October 12th.
