Here's a piece of advice that I'd like to pass on to everyone interested in reading new books. Often, when people can't find a new book they'd like to read they remark, "Oh, I'll just wait until the next time I come in and look to see whether it's on the shelf." Times have changed. No longer do Cornwall patrons need to wait for months to share 2 or 3 Cornwall copies of a Grisham best seller. We have access to many more copies throughout our library system, and you can draw from that large pool with ease by placing a "hold." Placing a "hold" or "reserve" on a title is an effective way to increase your satisfaction. You can do that online from home or mobile device, at the library, or call us and we are happy to help. We share all of our resources with the users of all 47 libraries in our system. We might only have a few local copies of a popular book, but now our shelves extend across three counties. Our staff is ready to help you join the "pool." Why not jump in? Jim Mahoney Interim Library Director
