Kid's Corner
Will My Kids Have Fun?
Absolutely! Our festival is filled with activities and fun to keep kids of all ages busy. We're very family-friendly, starting with admission: children 12 & under are FREE! We have a private tent for mommies and new babies, wide walkways for strollers, and many places to stop and rest. All guests also receive wristbands, allowing you to enter and exit during the day as much as needed.

Once you've arrived you'll discover many areas of the festival have games and hands-on experiences, from the Niagara Celtic prize wheel, to free pony rides, to the chance to become knights and soldiers.

The center of fun is found in Region 6 at The Kid's Corner. Storytellers, animals, games, crafts and face painting can be found. Kids can test their skills by entering the fairy's maze, and trying a Caber Pole Toss at the Mini Highland Games Practice Field. Of course there's plenty more to see and do than we could list here, so make sure your visit includes a stop at the The Kid's Corner. And remember to say hello to Page the Book Fairy!

New in Region 2
The Pavilion Stage welcomes The Steel City Rovers! Arriving from Hamilton, Ontario, they are a Celtic rooted band with an infectious blend of sound that will keep you on the edge of your seat. They're hard to pin down, they're creative, and perform with an inescapable passion for their music. See them live on Saturday afternoon at 1pm.
New in Region 3
Coopering, a "lost art," is the making of staved wooden vessels bound with hoops and featuring flat ends, such as barrels, buckets and casks. Tim Roberts has been a cooper for over a decade, and is ready to share his knowledge with you! (Saturday Only)
New in Region 8
First thing on Sunday Morning at The Glen Stage is a new band from Virginia. Brackish Water Jamboree is an eclectic string band specializing in foot-stomping bluegrass, old-time folk and classic Americana, all pulled together with a high-energy performance.
