Ready, set, go! Welcome to the 13th Annual Niagara Celtic Heritage Festival & Highland Games! Inside this newsletter you'll find news you need to know this year, plus the festival map. We remain one of the largest and most diverse Celtic Festivals in New York State and beyond, and we always promise and deliver a fantastic weekend with wonderful people (guests and participants alike!).

Niagara Celtic happens only once a year, so don't miss out! The dates are easy to remember this year: Join us for our 13th on Sept. 14th & 15th!

REMEMBER to print your tickets at home and skip the ticket booth. Anyone arriving without their tickets will need to wait in the Will Call line~don't let this be you!

We Still Need Volunteers!

Volunteers receive FREE entrance into the festival. Shifts are approximately 4 hours a day, and we still need help with the gates, traffic, kid's area, set-up, tear down and more.

We are Officially Course Certified!
Join us Sunday, September 15th at 10am. All runners get a registration packet of goodies; awards will be given at an after-party on festival grounds at The Glen. The race begins and ends near the festival entrance, Click Here for details.

Festival Pre-Party starring The Blarney Bunch 
Join volunteers and festival participants for dinner, drinks and fun!  You'll never know who you'll bump into depending on when you arrive, so come join us and see! Live music will begin around 10pm.

Saturday, September 13th, starts after 10pm 
After Ceilidh Party starring Kevin McCarthy
Travel down the street after the Ceilidh for our first after-party! It's sure to be a blast!!

All afternoon, teams will be competing for cash prizes and the title of champion! Consider joining in yourself, or swing by and cheer on your favorites. Limited to 40 participants, and awards will be handed out during Saturday Evening's Ceilidh Celebration. New to the Marketplace
Mundo Images is a culmination of Ann Peterson's love of exploring the world with photography, educating young people, and working to improve the environment. Mundo Images takes pride in making environmentally responsible decisions.
New in Region 7
The Medieval Stage
Demonstrations and performances available all day, letting guests experience a variety of wonderful historical mediums. 2013 Shows include Falconry, Wizardry of Gibil the Alchemist, Bards of Bruery and a demonstration of Kilt Folding.
New in Region 8
Tartarus Invictus: Buffalo Chapter of Dagohir
Dagorhir offers fast paced, hard-hitting, live combat with padded weapons and a low fantasy setting. The Buffalo chapter of battle games hosts roughly 60 members of all ages and experiences. Tartarus Invictus holds multiple weekly practices, monthly battles and many chapter events. Come check out this new addition to Niagara Celtic.
