Versatility of Hook lift hoists for Landscapers...
Author: J.Supnet

When the word "landscaper" comes to mind we often think of planners, creators, and maintainers of our surroundings. In short they maintain and beautify our environment. Traditionally "landscaping" has been thought of as a seasonal occupation but a landscaper will tell you otherwise and that the work they do is  year round. As the seasons change so does the "landscapers" job. As the scope of their job changes, so does their equipment. When it comes to truck equipment, you'll find many landscapers with pick up trucks or dump trucks. This is the standard for many landscapers because it offers them the ability haul & load materials or equipment to their job site. That application has remained the same, but for the Landscaper who performs a variety of jobs and requires versatility in their truck fleet, many are turning to a hook lift hoist system.

Let DEL paint a picture for Landscapers using a hook lift hoist system:

A typical day for the Landscaper can include working with different types of material or equipment. It could be a variety of aggregates, wood, sod,a forklift or a skid steer etc.. All  need to be delivered to a job site. With a chassis up fitted with a hook lift hoist system, getting those materials to where they need to be is not a problem.

You've got a deck with planks of wood on it , you've got a bin filled with soil, and you've

got a deck with a skid steer strapped on. In most cases to get those material/equipment  to a job site would require a dedicated truck and driver for each one, but with a hook lift hoist system, you've got one truck capable of transporting each truck body and their content.

To sum it all up here are the benefits to having a chassis in your fleet upfitted with a SwapLoader hook lift hoist system :

  • Increased Productivity
  • Reduce Overhead Costs
  • 100% In Cab Operation
  •  Ground Level Loading & Unloading
  •  Eliminates Seasonal Trucks
  •  True Dumping Capabilities
  •  Add Bodies To Your Fleet, Not Trucks
  •  Switch Functions, In Less Than 3 mins
  •  Able To Share Hydraulic System
  • Leave Loaded Bodies Behind
