Texas Governor Greg Abbott has signed milestone legislation making it legal to open-carry in the state of Texas for the first time! Signed on Saturday, June 13^th, Texas’ Open Carry law will make it legal for holders of a Texas handgun license to openly carry a handgun while in public. Once Again, ATF Pushes Back Restrictive Gun Trust Rule

The ATF has once again decided to delay publishing proposed Rule 41P, this time until December of this year. The rule, if implemented in its current form, would make it significantly more difficult to acquire National Firearms Act (NFA) items like suppressors and short-barreled rifles through the use of “legal entities” such as an “NFA Trust.”
