How to do it:

If you have not signed in to the new Member Portal, use your Member Number as your Username, and use your Last Name as your Password. Once you sign in to your Member Portal, we encourage you to fill out your Legal Emergency Plan, as well as personally reset your password.

 

For those who have a Couple's Plan, use the primary account holder's login information to access the Member Portal.
