Our AGM in Quebec City last November was memorably marked by the inauguration of the College for New Scholars, Artists and Scientists.  It was an occasion that will long be remembered by everyone who was present.  The next task is a little less exciting: to put into place the framework and the procedures necessary for the College to operate.
