Rate Change Announcements

In an effort to provide better customer service to our partners, the Iowa Finance Authority has recently adopted a policy of announcing upcoming changes to interest rates approximately one hour prior to enacting the change.
Please watch the rate change emails which will include the updated rates and the effective time. This policy change will allow lenders to provide home buyers the most timely information regarding interest rates.
