Form 1099-Misc. Notice

The Attorney General's office has informed Iowa Title Guaranty that it is required to file a Form 1099-MISC for all compensation paid to participants for field issued certificates during a calendar year. In order to file a Form 1099-MISC and comply with the directive from the Attorney General's office, Iowa Title Guaranty must obtain a copy of each participant's W-9 for its records. The W-9 must come from the party responsible for the services provided and the party receiving compensation as named in the Iowa Title Guaranty participation agreement.

Iowa Title Guaranty Spring Settlement Conference: April 26
