The Iowa Finance Authority's FY13 Annual Report is available here. The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) is pleased to announce the 2014 Take Credit! Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) Program. Under the Take Credit! program, eligible borrowers will receive a MCC from IFA, which can be used to reduce their household's federal tax liability every year for the life of the mortgage. Loan reservations will be accepted from Take Credit! Participating Lenders beginning February 3. The program is estimated to assist 585 new home buyers. More information is available here. The new IowaHousingSearch.org web site is a free, rental housing locator that gives renters, landlords, housing professionals and social service providers access to real-time rental housing information. The web site already has more than 22,000 rental units listed representing 300 Iowa landlords and continues to grow rapidly.   The Iowa Finance Authority Board of Directors awarded a $49,000 grant to Hope Haven, Inc. to assist in the acquisition and rehabilitation of a home in Sibley that will provide affordable housing for four persons with disabilities. Read more. A new Single-Family Mortgage Servicing Agreement has been entered into between the Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) and the Idaho Housing and Finance Association. Clerk Specialist
Teresa joined the Iowa Finance Authority in the Title Guaranty Division and will be working as a Clerk Specialist.
For the past couple of years, she has stayed home with her three grandchildren. Previously, Teresa worked at Bankers Trust Company, where she was a Mortgage Loan Officer.
Teresa has worked in Residential Real Estate lending as a processor, closer and a Mortgage Loan Officer for more than 20 years.
