The Iowa Finance Authority Board of Directors recently announced awards of more than $6.6 million in federal HOME program awards. Read more.

Iowa Finance Authority Executive Director Dave Jamison and Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller recently announced that the Iowa Mortgage Help foreclosure prevention initiative has received more than $600,000 to support Iowa's foreclosure prevention counseling efforts. Read more.

Lenders and Realtors: The Iowa Finance Authority is teaming up with the Iowa Association of REALTORS®, the Iowa Mortgage Association and the Iowa Home Ownership Education Project to announce a fun, new social media campaign, Under Construction: A Home Improvement Contest. The individual with the winning entry will receive a $2,500 gift card!

Title Guaranty has updated the Composite Mortgage Affidavit to make the attestations by sellers/owners and purchasers more accurate and highlight the free Owner's Certificate option. The new form is available for download on the Title Guaranty web site.
