The 2013 Housing Tax Credit competitive application period is closed as of December 10, 2012. 

The Iowa Finance Authority received 38 Housing Tax Credit project applications requesting a combined total of more than $18.8 million in Housing Tax Credits and more than $2.3 million in HOME program funds. The applicant listing is available here. 

The 2013 Housing Tax Credit Round has approximately $6 million in Housing Tax Credits available for allocation. The IFA Board of Directors will make the 2013 Housing Tax Credit awards at the March Board meeting.
