New HMI Programs

As we are now well into 2015 with the spring and summer storm seasons quickly approaching, we wanted to inform our Authorized Members of new/expanding tree removal programs that we will be supporting this year.

AAA:  While HMI has worked with AAA in the past, over the last 90-120 days our relationship with them has expanded greatly.  Through the first 2 months of this year, AAA has generated roughly 30% of our tree removal sales, compared with just 1% during the same period last year.  While most of this work was in California we are anticipating high volumes across the country this summer.

AllstateIn February Allstate formally launched a tree removal program with HMI in 42 states.  HMI has already received referrals from Oregon to North Carolina and I'm pleased to report that our Members have closed 80% of the Allstate referrals we have received.  We expect big things from the Allstate program as they are using HMI's network for daily claim volume as well as following catastrophic events.

FarmersWe are excited as well to be launching a new program in March with Farmers insurance in the following states:  Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota.  We hope to expand to program beyond these states this summer.

HMI is pleased to make these programs available to our Member's as they represent significant opportunities for the acquisition of new clients.

Using HMI's New Referral Management System (RMS)

HMI's RMS has received positive reviews since it was launched last summer.  Below are some tips that may make it easier for you to use:

Close out referrals:

Remember to close out all referrals as either "completed" or "not sold".  If you don't they will stay "open" on your referral list.

Uploading Photos:  If you are using a smart phone or tablet to take pictures you can upload them directly into the RMS.  After you tap the "Choose a File" button just select "camera" from the options displayed, take the photo, and it will automatically upload.

Field Notes and Job Details Section:  This box, located above the workflow section of the client file is available for you to submit the labor hours, labor rate and list of heavy equipment used on each job.

Do you have any feedback for us on the RMS.  Send us your comments to info@hmiadvantage.com
