"Double smoked brown sugar glazed spiral ham in the SmokinTex 1400! Fantastic!
1.5 oz of apple wood.
225�F for around 3 hrs or until 130�F.
Glazed it with brown sugar last 30 mins. while it came to 140�F.
Although I did spray it with apple juice/ honey mix before smoking and every hour after.
It was so juicy with a nice crust from the brown sugar glaze. Watch the amount of wood you use."
