Meet Top Industry Buyers at The INCOMPAS Show in Dallas

Top buyers from across the industry will gather in Dallas next month for the Buyers Forum, which is debuting at The INCOMPAS Show (October 23-25 at the Gaylord Texan). Taking place on Monday, October 24, the Buyers Forum will give attendees the opportunity to network or meet with representatives from buying companies, such as Bandwidth, Earthlink, GTT, Impact Telecom, Inteliquent, Level 3, Microsoft, Neustar, Onvoy, TelePacific, Windstream and XO Communications.
The forum will kick off at 3 p.m. with a panel discussion, "Keeping Pace with Technology: Planning for and Predicting Network Needs and Trends," followed by networking at the Beers with Peers happy hour reception and private meetings.

State, Local Groups Show Support for INCOMPAS/Verizon BDS Compromise

Last week CALTEL, CompSouth, the Michigan Internet & Telecommunications Alliance, the Midwest Association of Competitive Communications and Northwest Telecommunications Association filed a letter in the BDS proceeding urging reform and supporting significant portions of the Verizon/INCOMPAS policy framework.
INCOMPAS Chief Advocate and General Counsel Angie Kronenberg, commented on the letter: "We need more competition and choice from coast-to-coast. We welcome the support for the INCOMPAS/Verizon compromise from state and regional associations. They are on the front lines of state and local broadband challenges and understand that the FCC cannot delay needed reforms that will help unleash more choice and lower prices."
