Energy and Commerce Considers Small Business Broadband Act

Last week, the House Energy and Commerce Committee considered a number of bills, including one from the Communications and Technology Subcommittee that will protect small businesses from enhanced transparency requirements under the commission's Open Internet Order. The Small Business Broadband Deployment Act was authored by Communications and Technology Subcommittee Chairman Greg Walden (R-OR).
