FCC to Host Public Webinar on Thursday, October 30
to Discuss Special Access Data Collection
This Thursday, October 30, from 11 a.m. to Noon ET, the FCC's Wireline Competition Bureau will host a webinar to provide the public with a high-level overview of the special access data collection and an opportunity to ask questions about requirements.
To participate in the webinar, send an e-mail to SPADC@fcc.gov by 5 p.m. ET on Wednesday, October 29, that includes your name, company represented, and e-mail address to which information to access the WebEx online session should be sent. Participants are encouraged to submit written questions in advance by sending them to SPADC@fcc.gov. There also will be an opportunity to submit questions during the event via WebEx. An archive of the webinar will be posted online.

Responses to the data collection are due by December 15, 2014. The Bureau has activated a secure web portal interface, Version 1.0, for the electronic filing of information and certifications in response to the data collection. IP-NNI Task Force Seeks Technical Comment
The ATIS/SIP Forum IP-NNI Task Force is requesting technical comment on the IP Interconnection Profile and the IP Interconnection Routing technical report by October 29. However, in light of the short timeframe, written input will be accepted until December 1, 2014. Kiddoo Named Deputy Chief of Wireless Bureau
Last week the FCC named Jean L. Kiddoo deputy bureau chief of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau.
For more than 30 years, Kiddoo has represented telecommunications, media and technology companies before federal agencies, courts and state regulatory commissions throughout the 50 states and the District of Columbia, as well as before local municipal and county governments. Most recently, she served as a partner in Bingham McCutchen LLP's Telecommunications, Media and Technology practice in Washington, D.C.
