 On December 5, 2012, InfoVista presented a webinar entitled "Bringing Science to the Art of Backbone Capacity Planning - A Flow and Analytics Based Approach."
Peter Christensen, InfoVista's product marketing manager, Application Performance Management, led the webinar. During the webinar attendees learned how CSP backbone capacity planners and network architects alleviate pressure on their infrastructure by leveraging a flow-based capacity planning methodology.

Fatbeam Brings Fiber to Underserved Markets
 Founded in 2010, Fatbeam builds fiber optic networks in underserved third and fourth tier markets in the Pacific Northwest. These are markets that were overlooked and simply did not get fiber before the telecom meltdown in 2001. The company's products include metro Ethernet and dark fiber.
