FCC Seeks Comment on Changes to Form 499
The FCC issued a public notice that it is seeking comment on proposed changes to the 2013 FCC Form 499. The form and instructions have been revised to reflect the clarification the FCC made with respect to the contribution obligations of wholesale carriers on revenues received from "resellers." Comments will due 30 days after publication in the Federal Register.
