END  OF  EXACT  SQUARES  BETWEEN  URANUS AND PLUTO 

Uranus (Aries) in challenge Pluto (Capricorn) have been on the horizon since the summer of 2009 and will be in connection with each other through mid-2017.   

Uranus, carries an 'erratic' energy and represents change, invention, and revolution.  Pluto carries a 'deeply penetrating' energy and represents the tearing down of structures, (destruction), for the purpose of rebuilding with a new foundation, psychological depth, and transformation.    

There are seven 'exact' squares of these planets between 2009 and 2015, referring to when the planets are at the same degree.  We are currently right in the middle of the final two squares.  The energy around the final square, (March 16, 2015) ten days prior to, and 10 days following this date, are particularly volatile.

Because these planets move very slowly, there is  a somewhat long 'cusp' factor, on either side of the exact square.  This means, we feel the heightened intense energies of these last two squares, from October of 2014, through the beginning of June of 2015.

While not coming into the intensive 'square' position again, Pluto and Uranus continue to be in close proximity to each other through April of 2017.  While there will be evidence of continued global unrest while they are close to one another, we should see signs of improvement in the economy, as early as this summer.   

When focused on external changes, we can see that so much been put into effect during these   astrological influences, (radical political and economic changes, shifting global priorities, ongoing changes in world climates), that it might be considered naive to imagine that everything can go back exactly as it was before.

Hopefully, we have also discovered and will continue to discover some of the positive effects of these transits:  strength and resilience, a stronger sense of self awareness, a shift of priorities, allowing for and expressing a deeper sense of our humanity, spirituality and a deepening respect for our world family and Mother earth.

SATURN - NEPTUNE SQUARE 

Though the first of three exact squares with transiting Saturn in Sagittarius to transiting Neptune in Pisces will not come into place until late November, early December of 2015, these planets come into close proximity with each for the first time, in December of 2014 through mid April, 2015.

Saturn in Sagittarius creates a strong desire to connect more fully with one's purpose, through the pursuit of philosophical and spiritual studies, gaining knowledge and insights.  Neptune in Pisces deepens the capacity for devotion and selflessness, nurtures the desire for exalted spiritual experiences, and can open one's intuitive, psychic and healing abilities.

When these planets are in proximity to each other, and especially when in the 'square' position, the 'prideful' aspects of each of these transiting planets can be greatly exaggerated.  This can result in the emergence of charismatic spiritual leaders within fanatical 'movements', who rally others to join their cause.  What we're really talking about here, is the inexperienced 'seeker' looking to align with a cause.

The 'Strength' card, affiliated with the sign of Leo, represents mental and emotional strength, courage, determination, self-awareness, self-discipline, and compassion.   

In 2015, we will be called upon to embody inner strength, courage and determination, greatly helped by Jupiter transiting the sign of Leo (through mid August, 2015), which offers an extra dash of courage,  determination and faith in one's good destiny.  

The message here is to meet life full on.  Stand in one's own strength and by one's convictions, while approaching life's challenges with calm,  composure, and compassion.
