Request Your FREE Congregational Culture Assessment Today!

Designed for church leaders by church leaders.  Once you complete this 15-minute assessment, we'll go over the results with you. Together we'll discuss 2-3 things you can do to address your congregational culture.

Read on to see a few of the questions you'll answer:

1. I feel energized and content leading this congregation.

2. This congregation deals with anger and conflict in a constructive way.

3.  This congregation deals with celebration and joy in a constructive way.

4.   If people choose to leave this congregation, they communicate their reasons in a helpful way.

Read what leaders are saying about our online  DiSC and Discipleship Group Coaching Program

"Easy to comprehend and very practical for implementing."

--Rev. Les Huseby

"I used the learnings from DiSC and Discipleship to help me shape a visioning retreat for our congregation. I now have a much better feel for their motivations and concerns.  I'm a lot more comfortable moving forward."

--Rev. Trudy Robinson

"I think DiSC and Discipleship really complements our Missional Leader focus.  It will make it possible for the Team to do its work."

--Rev. Margaret Gillikin

Greetings!

Are leaders born or made? That's an ongoing question. There's evidence for both.

But in our profession one thing is clear:  leaders are called! Otherwise, no way could we or would we want to do what we do.  Right?

Jesus too was called, then led into the wilderness to be tested.  Then came the tough part. Leading.

After we're called we too must be refined in order to lead.  That requires ongoing learning.

I'm passionate about leading and learning, and helping leaders and congregations rise to their full potential. What's at stake is the Kingdom of God; a world of justice and peace that works for everyone.

In this email you'll find three opportunities for learning how to be a stronger, more effective leader for the Kingdom. And one "do drop in" invitation. (See below.)

1.  Take advantage of our FREE Congregational Culture Assessment.  2.  Request a brochure for the next  DiSC and Discipleship Coaching Group.  3.  Learn how to lead on the most important moral issue of our time.

Jesus was led into the wilderness and emerged to lead.   Now, it's our turn.

With you on the journey!

Rebekah
