Kid EdVentures - Be A Sculptor

Join us on October 18th from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Kid EdVentures encourages children to become immersed in various areas of study through hands-on activities just like the professionals. In this month's session, children will be introduced to what it means to be a sculptor. There is no cost for this educational experience.

Sculpture is defined as three-dimensional artwork created by shaping or combining materials. Sculpture materials may be worked in many ways, such as carving, assembling, or firing. Sculptors enjoy a variety of employment opportunities, such as in the movie industry, police investigation, in a museum setting, and much more. In this class, the basics of sculpture will be taught, and participants will take home a creatively designed creature.
