I believe in creating opportunities for people to live, work and thrive on the Lower Cape. This is what I do each day with the experienced and talented staff and Board of Directors at the Community Development Partnership. This is what we do with you. 

 

     Together we provide safe, stable, affordable places for people to live by preserving existing houses and creating new affordable rental homes.

     We support and strengthen local small businesses as they start-up and grow through micro-loans, education and individualized assistance.

 

     And, we protect the natural environment of this place so many of us love by increasing energy efficiency and opportunities for generating local renewable energy.
