Affordable Rental Housing Stock Increases in Eastham The Town of Eastham has added more affordable rental housing to its current stock and we were pleased to be a part of it. The two detached units at 95 Wampum Lane, purchased by the Eastham Affordable Housing Trust with Community Preservation Act funds, are a one and two bedroom respectively. The CDP's Abigail Chapman was involved in the project as a consultant during the

According to Eastham Affordable Housing Trust Chair William Burt, "Trust members are very excited, knowing that both units will be

I'd like to extend a thank you to everyone who has supported our Annual Appeal. You're making a difference! With your help we have raised over $13,000. 62 fisherman will continue to fish in local waters through the Cape Cod Fisheries Trust. 122 of your neighbors living in our affordable rental units will realize monthly cost savings due to energy efficiency measures implemented through the Real Return Initiative. Our environment is being preserved through the creation of renewable energy via solar power and through the use of sustainable business practices adopted through Cape and Islands Green.
