Greetings from New Orleans where it is really HOT everyday. We have been busy lining up Rockmore artworks to submit for possible inclusion in the 2014 September - October Lake Charles Museum Show "The Genius of Noel Rockmore!" We have tried to personally contact everyone in the south with Rockmore's in the last few days. Our FINAL deadline is THIS Monday June 30th so if you are interested in having your work submitted, PLEASE CONTACT US!

At 150 Artworks, it will be the Largest Rockmore Exhibition EVER held in Louisiana, 2nd largest EVER in the world with The LaGrange Art Museum 1st at 250 works in 2011. We will certainly work hard on getting some LOCAL & NATIONAL PR to make the whole world aware of this show.

From August 8th through August 22nd, we will be going from Georgia to Texas picking up your artworks and delivering them to Lake Charles for the Public Opening on Friday, September 5th, 5:30-8PM. On Saturday September 6th there will be a VIP Party (by invitation only) at the Museum that we will make The MOST Awesome EPIC Party EVER! PLEASE  let us know if there is any possibility you might attend the Saturday event so we can mail you an invite.

We will be picking up Shirley Marvin for the month of July and bringing her to the "cool" of Massachusetts for her 92nd Birthday! We will spend the month working on the placards that will accompany each work in the show and tell the story of "The Genius of Noel Rockmore." Over half of the works have NEVER been seen by the public before so this will be a VERY EXCITING event. The DREAM is to have a 24 page catalog that we create in July that has every artwork and description in the show. This enables others to see the show from afar and forms a permanent record for future generations. The GEFQ (Our Non Profit Golden Era of the French Quarter Foundation) would have to finance and create this catalog in July so it is just a DREAM for now.

We are excited to be visiting Johnson & Johnson World Headquarters in July to begin the process of working with them to bring National Attention to Gladys Rockmore Davis who is a part of their Museum. We will also spend July finishing up some GEFQ films including the 1st recipient of our "GEFQ Heroes Amongst us Award," International NOLA artist, Bruce Davenport Jr. Bruce has the three works below at Neal Auction this weekend with the Low Estimates at an attainable $500. The Rockmore Artworks above at Neal Auction this weekend are NOT from The Shirley Marvin Collection but a good showing especially of The Masterwork at top- will float all the Rockmore values up, so bid early and bid often!

If you purchase one, it can be delivered to you asap, or still submitted for inclusion in the show where it will bear your name, From the Collection of *****, on the placard and catalog (which your contribution will have funded). We try not to plea for help too often but in this case "WE REALLY NEED YOUR HELP!"

We will keep you posted as the Summer of 2014 evolves!

Thanks for your support,
