A-2220 Benson
Authorizes local units of government subject to "Local Public Contracts Law." and "Public School Contracts Law" to use electronic procurement technologies.

Establishes Response to Intervention initiative in DOE to support and encourage school districts in implementation of Response to Intervention framework.
