On January 14th, John Hancock will discontinue producer mailings of quarterly/annual statements and transaction confirmations that are now available through their eDocuments service. 

    LINCOLN FINANCIAL GROUP

    Effective February 10 New Supplement Required on All New Life Applications (excluding MoneyGuard):

    This supplement will ask for the name, date of birth, Social Security Number, address, and phone number of the following individuals on the application: Insured, Co-Insured, Owner, Beneficiary and individuals covered under child riders. The supplement will be reflected as a needed requirement at coding but will not hold up the placement of a case.
