Cheddar Earns Ribbons
Shelburne Farms took home two ribbons from the American Cheese Council Competition for our Two-Year and Smoked Cheddars! These award-winning batches were the only raw milk, farmstead cheddars to place in any of the eight cheddar categories. Of more than 1,800 entries from across North America, 23 Vermont cheesemakers earned ribbons. Congratulations to all!
