In order to see big results, the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles needed to think outside the box on ways to engage landlords and remove barriers to connect Veterans experiencing homelessness to housing.

New Fact Sheet! Ending Homelessness Among Families with Children in 2020

The President's Budget for FY 2017 proposes investments to ensure that communities have the resources for housing opportunities needed to end family homelessness. 

Our new fact sheet details those investments and an overview of the strategies and housing interventions proven most effective in helping connect families to stable housing.

We are pleased to announce that Lindsay Knotts has been promoted to Policy Director! Previously, Lindsay served as Policy Advisor for USICH, helping to shape and lead the work of the Council and preparations for our quarterly meetings. 
 
In her new role, Lindsay will take on even greater leadership for our efforts to end chronic and Native American homelessness, as well as to advance other key strategies under Opening Doors
