Jon Bradley and Charlotte DeTroy of Preble Street in Portland, Maine, and Colleen Jackson of West End Residences in New York City, joined us to talk about what they've learned through their programs.

San Diego Project Focuses on Chronic Homelessness, Saves Money, Saves Lives
Project 25 street outreach

Project 25 targets people who the most costly and frequent users of public systems and resources and provides them with housing and intensive supportive services. Over a two-year period, the program saved the community $3.7 million dollars.
