Customer Highlight
Here is a picture (above) of my 1973 Norton 850 Commando Roadster that I bought in quite a few boxes out of a barn find. I was able to restore this Norton with the expert help at Klempf's. I own multiple motorcycles and enjoy telling people that my old British Bikes are the easiest ones to get parts for, thanks to Klempf's British Parts. -Rick in Alaska

E-15 Fuel Problems?
For us vintage bike lovers, ethanol can be a threat to many cycle components, gumming up everything from petcocks to valves. There are ways to rectify this problem, like installing a double o-ring push-pull petcock that takes the rotten cork problem out of the picture, but having access to low ethanol fuels is becoming more of a problem for many of us. The AMA has been following this story for a while now; check out their recent article here. You can submit an opinion letter to the EPA through the AMA website by Jan. 28th 2014.

Mitch's Tips & Technical Information
A free resource for those that want to get it right.
The new E-store has a lot more than just parts to offer. We have launched "Mitch's Tips", a line of guidance regarding our fast-moving parts and common problems we run into often. The tips ensure that you spend what you can on parts that actually work for the project you're working on. You can view them in your browser, print, and save them. Check them out at Mitch's Tips. We also have a collection of technical information at our technical information center. These are either inserts we send with parts, manufacturer's guidelines, or good pieces of info we've collected over the years. Some of them are revisions of official manufacturer's statements that were wrong! We will be adding to them constantly, so pay us a visit often, and don't be shy-drop us a line if you need something you don't see. We're always open to suggestions and providing the information you need.

Inventory Takeover
Domi Racer, a well known parts distributor based in Cincinatti, OH, recently liquidated their inventory to several domestic and international buyers. Klempf's British Parts was a major purchaser of their vintage British inventory, including Triumph, Norton, and BSA parts. In the past, Klempf's bought Moores Cycle Supply in Connecticut. Mitch and the crew at Klempf's regularly order parts from various suppliers and keep a keen eye on what's out there, giving everyone a bit more market stability with stock and prices.
More importantly, we keep a highly manicured inventory. One can't help but price shop in any circumstance. But, in the vintage bike industry, you may run into poor quality parts, low order fill, and parts that are just plain wrong. Klempf's British Parts prides itself in putting a fair price on everything you get when you buy with us: high order fill, correct parts, and competent advice that comes from over 40 years of experience. Instead of shopping around and sourcing parts from a few outfits to save a few bucks, put your trust in us first-it'll pay off immediately.

Testimonials We love your feedback, and we need it to help meet your needs. Write us anytime!
"Dear Mitch, I am utterly blown away by your customer service skills, in a world of automated systems and rude sales people your organization has placed you over the top! I liked the lollipop and the information packet on washers for my handlebars. You have gained a customer for life and I fully appreciate it!"
