Fitness Tips

Tips for boosting brain activity with exercise

1. Walk to your next big exam or job interview to improve focus.

2. Mix up exercise routines with something you haven't done in awhile to challenge your brain and body.

3. Try new activities outside the gym. Sign up for a 10km run or take up swimming.

4. Anything that incorporates
coordination with cardiovascular exercise - like dancing - is great for the brain.

5. Exercise in the morning to prepare yourself for mental stress in the day.
