Fitness Tips

5 Fun Ways to Exercise Outdoors

1. Walk and run outside! Stay safe by wearing bright colours and avoiding icy or wet areas.

2. Use a jungle gym or even a tree branch for pull-ups and dips.

3. Bear crawls and crab walks aren't just for kids - they make fun body-weight exercises!

4. A park bench or picnic table is a great base for step-ups and  tricep dips.

5. Hills are nature's best workout. Try sprinting or shuffling up and down a hill.
