Fitness Tips

5 HEALTHY HOLIDAY TIPS

1. Indulge in healthier versions of your favorite holiday treats - like dark hot chocolate instead of the regular variety.

2. Fill up on healthy protein before a Christmas party to control cravings for  sweets.

3. Bundle up and go for long walks over the holidays, wearing ankle or wrist weights if you have them.

4. Stay rested with 7-8 hours of sleep per night.

5.  Be deliberate with calories. If you love eggnog, it might be worth it. Just don't combine it with a plate of cookies!

Happy holidays!
