 Indoor Workout of the Month When it's raining, snowing or blowing, you don't want to be exercising outside. But indoor doesn't have to mean boring! Here's a quick, fun indoor workout to help you beat the cold weather blues: - Warm-up with 50 jumping jacks.
- 3 sets of 30 abdominal crunches followed by 60 seconds of plank.
- 2 sets of mountain climbers for 60 seconds each.
- Push-ups on your knees or toes (3 sets of 20).
- Standing stationary lunge squat (3 sets per side of 20 each).
- Superman for 30 seconds (3 sets). Lie on your belly and elevate your arms and legs off the ground.
- Cool-down and stretch. You're done!
