The Fleetwood Area SD FBLA Chapter has approached the Chamber to collaborate on a Partnership with Business project scheduled for October 2, 2015.  The student leaders are seeking business owners interested in making a round of presentations to students and/or participating in a career fair on that Friday.  This project is part of an annual competition organized by the PA State FBLA organization.

Let's support one of our local FBLA Chapters to accomplish its goals. If you are interested in sharing your business or nonprofit expertise and networking with high school students, please email Lori.  This FBLA Chapter has offered to provide volunteer service to the Chamber throughout the school year as part of its commitment to serving the larger community.

This is one example of several educational partnerships in which the Chamber engages and one that will be incorporated into a Business Weekly feature to be published in October.
To include your "Member Happenings" in the next Constant Contact e-blast to NBCC members, visit www.northeastberkschamber.com, and click on the "Contact/Information" tab.

Remember to network virtually and in person with our regional Chamber to reap the benefits of your membership.

Sincerely,

Lori B. Donofrio-Galley
