50 Years in Business!

Lank Oil Company began as a CITGO Consignee in 1965. The initial location was a leased metal building on CITGO's terminal property in Pt. Everglades. They sold diesel fuel and motor oil and hauled gasoline to CITGO's customers for a hauling fee.

In 1972, Lank Oil Company became a CITGO jobber. To operate its jobbership, they incorporated with William C. Lank, Sr. and Mary G. Lank being joined by William C. Lank, Jr. to form the initial ownership and management team.

For over forty years Lank Oil has remained a CITGO jobber but has also represented Phillips 66, Unocal, BP, Fina and Marathon as well as the unbranded products of Transmontaigne and Pure.

Still Family owned and operated in 2015! We Thank our loyal customers for our longevity and continued success!

The Real Meaning...

Hatch - A device similar in nature to a mousetrap, in that it will drop down on your head or hand without warning. Also an opening for admitting water into the boat.

Head - It is the part of your body that sits on top of your neck; you should not be buying a boat unless you already know this. Also useful for storing items like hats, sunglasses and such.

Heave - A shipboard method for eliminating lunch when seas become rough. This is best done in proximity of a gunwale.

Line - What you feed your spouse in order to obtain funding for additional boat-related purchases.
