IMPACT Aid
Aurora Public Schools will be applying for IMPACT Aid funding from the Department of Education and the Department of Defense for the 20145-15 school year. IMPACT Aid is designed to assist local school districts that have lost tax revenue due to their enrollment of students from families who live on tax-exempt Federal properties. Letters have been mailed home to parents who are a Military Family and/or Civilian Employed on Federal Property. We are urging all of our families who fit this criteria to please fill out the surveys as soon as possible. All surveys are due back to the district by October 25th. You may return all surveys to the Prep main office. If you have not received your letter or need another one you can find it here

Cap & Gown Information
On November 5th at 8:30 am Tom Holley our rep from Herff Jones will speak with all our Seniors to discuss caps & gowns, class rings and graduation announcements. Mr. Holley works with all of the APS high schools and has been in the business for almost 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge. Parents are welcome to join but are not necessary. Seniors will be responsible for bringing information home to the parents. Students will not be measured for caps and gowns and will just need to report their height and weight on the 5th. Our caps and gowns will be Navy Blue with Light Blue trim and are being specially made for Vista PEAK!
The Herff Jones team will be back at Vista PEAK on November 19th all day to answer questions and collect orders.
